Returns & Exchanges
BLUE MOON BIKINIS OFFERS EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT ONLY, PROVIDED THAT:
Item must be unworn
Item must be returned within 14 days once it has been delivered
Item was purchased for full price (it was not on sale or bought with a discount code)
Item must be returned with Blue Moon Bikinis branded bag
Item is in complete original condition (all tags are still on, hygienic lining is still in place, item is not washed or worn in any way)
Store credit value is only for the amount of the individual item (shipping and taxes are
not included)
All shipping costs, returned & new, are covered by the customer
Once item is shipped back to us, we will inspect it to make sure it follows all of the guidelines above. Once it has been approved, a store credit will be issued in the next 1-5 business days. After it has been received, the credit will remain valid for 1 year.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR GET STORE CREDIT FOR MY ITEM?
Please email avery@bluemoonbikinis.com with your name, order number, items, and reason for return, so it can be authorized. Once authorized, we will send you information on how to return the item.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you received a faulty/damaged item, please contact avery@bluemoonbikinis.com within 7 days of delivery.
The only way to receive a full refund is if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. The item must be completely unworn & un-used.
